Experience a deeply restorative gong bath immersed in nature at Gaunts House woodland. Settle into hammocks suspended among the trees as Scania's healing gong vibrations wash over you, creating a unique fusion of sound therapy and forest bathing. We can never predict nature but it normally is the time for the bluebells to be out, creating a carpet of blue and a heavenly scent.

The car park is signposted “CAR PARK” and looks similar to a tennis court. It is located next to the stable block.
If you are unfamiliar with Gaunts House, please allow extra travel time so you arrive promptly.

What to Bring
be comfortably during the session, so please bring items to help you feel cosy and relaxed:
• Blanket or sleeping bag
• Sheepskin or something soft to lie on
• Small pillow
• Weather-appropriate clothing
The aim is for you to lie back and relax
Hammock Information
The silky hammocks are made from high-density nylon and can hold up to 20 + stone. They can be used either fully enclosed to create a cocoon-like feeling or upright for supportive rest.

Important Notes
• Please arrive no later than 20 minutes before the start time
• This event is not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy
• Tickets are non-refundable, however you are welcome to gift your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend.
